If you were lied to I would have asked Verizon to nullify the agreement because I was told differently by the sales rep and its an illegal act! Sales people/companies that are involved in high pressured sales or tactics like door to door and lie about service and during the agreement are illegally selling you a service. You should have ask for your money back and you are not playing for $360.00 fee for leaving Evil/Verizon. There are state and federal laws regarding high pressured sales and their tactics. Same thing goes with Best Buy. They can go Fuck themselves! Remember the company needs you.
